U8 Rep Team

The selectors were impressed with the way the kids stood up against the elements to play today.   The conditions were tough and playing without the normal team mates made it worse but the standard of players was very impressive.  There were rep players from previous years that didn't make it this year and trialists that were very, very close to being selected that just missed out.  All the selectors commented how difficult it was to make the final cut  In the end they selected 14 players.

U9 Rep Team

Thanks to everyone who made themselves available for the trial today (Sunday 20 June). Conditions were difficult but all the boys gave it a good crack. The selectors tell me that there were a number of close calls given the talent on show but they are very happy with the team selected.

Congratulations to those who made it.

The Coaches will be in touch with the team regarding practice dates and times.

U10 Rep Team

All those who trialed are to be congratulated, as they gave it their best shot and there was some really good rugby played.  The ongoing postponements and the arrival of the school holidays, meant that some players could not trial. They were not disadvantaged as Saturday form was taken into account.

The selectors noted that we have an abundance of good quality backs but selecting the forwards proved very difficult. Nevertheless the selectors are confident that those selected are the best players in their position.

In addition the following players are in the wider training squad but not members of the rep team:
