Registration is held at the Wests Club Rooms at Ian Galloway Park.  

The registration days are:

•  Tuesday 14 Feb, 5:30pm - 7:30pm (Hurricanes players will be there)

•  Saturday 18 Feb, 1:00pm - 3:00pm

•  Monday 20 Feb 5:30pm - 7:30pm

The Registration process and fees

New Players (or didn't play last year)

• Download and fill in the 2012 Player Registration Form 
• Bring a copy of the player's proof of age such as a birth certificate or passport. We can make a copy if required.

Returning Players

• We will have a pre-filled registration form based on last year's information. You will only need to make changes if your contact details have changed.

The fees for this year are:

1 child - $75 per season ($35 for the new nursery grade)

2 or more children per family - $110 per season

Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or EFTPOS.  Unfortunately we are not able to take credit cards.

Players will receive:

• A rugby ball
• Mouthguard
• Beanie - First time players only.  Additional beanies will be on sale for $10
• Team photo at the end of the year
• A Wests Rugby Jersey (to be returned at the end of the season)

Uniform

The standard Wests uniform includes a blue Jersey (provided by the club), white shorts and red socks.

Shorts and socks will be on sale at registration.

Registration after the formal dates

Download a registration form. Post it to 16 Ponsonby Road, Karori, Wellington. In this case please make a copy of the player's birth certificate or passport (personal details page) and attach it with the registration form. Payment should be made by Cash or Cheque. See the fees listed above.

OR

Come along and register on Team Day. These are held on the grounds of Ian Galloway Park. Please bring a copy of the players birth certificate or passport which we can keep for our records. Payment can only be made by cash or cheque.
